I did wonder how many elf mods were available. And yeah, there’s a lot. I did come across some fantastic and silly pieces of CC that brighten up the game, but also provide you with the chance to turn your Sim into a magical character that doesn’t bite people in the neck. Why play as a vampire when you could have a go at that elf life?
20. Moon Eyes
Check Out This CC I’m not really sure why, but it seems like every elf has some sort of weird pair of eyes that make them stand out in a crowd. E lven eyes tend to be representative of their powers… or at the very least, they show a glimpse of the magic that lives inside the elf’s body. I believe that the Moon Eyes mod will suit anyone willing to create a character and roleplay with it, imagining that nature itself is flowing within it. The textures look surprisingly good. And as the name of the mod suggests, it makes your cute Sim’s eyes look like the moon!
19. Blood Elf Eyes
Check Out This CC I don’t think it would be an overstatement to say that these are the coolest-looking eyes that I’ve ever seen in the Sims modding community. Holy cow, these things look amazing. These Blood Elf Eyes will strike fear into the heart of your enemies and cause people to stare walking down the street. They might be the eyes of a blood elf, but these babies will suit any Sim that’s looking for a different look.
18. Black Phoenix Elven Suit
Check Out This CC Comb up your hair, show them all your pointy ears, and dress in the Black Phoenix Suit for any special event that your male elf might have to attend to. This amazing outfit somehow does look like something that a modern elf would wear. So you don’t have to worry about looking like someone who would shoot you with a bow and arrow… No, you’ll look like a successful businessman born and bred in a city with a weird name like Asn Syrine, or something.
17. Elven Dogun Coat
Check Out This CC I love how the creator of this mod actually managed to strike that “elven” look almost to perfection. This is exactly the type of coat that you would imagine an elf would wear. This dude probably based off his creation on the types of outfits that you see in movies like Lord of the Rings and games like The Elder Scrolls. It doesn’t matter if you’re an elf or not – this coat will be a fine addition to your Sim’s wardrobe. It looks dope as hell.
16. Elven Dogun Pants
Check Out This CC I mean, the coat is good and all, but what is a coat without a proper pair of pants? These pants are the matching leg counterpart of the Dogun Coat, and I have to tell ya: they look just as good. Rock this outfit and hit the Realm of Magic to see whether or not your Elven clothes come with a spark of actual Elven magic, or if you’re only wearing them to look like a magical being.
15. Erina Dress
Check Out This CC Fear not ladies: I’ve also included a female elven outfit that I’m sure you’ll all love. This fantastic dress seems to be the type you would see on a wood elf (if they existed) as it does resemble those outfits that you see in movies. Hollywood might’ve set the trend for elven dresses without us even noticing, but as long as they look as cool as this piece of clothing, you won’t hear me complain one bit about it.
14. Bosmer Eyes
Check Out This CC Speaking about wood elves, these are the eyes of the Wood Elves of Skyrim, also known as the Bosmer. The textures are basically the same as the ones you see in The Elder Scrolls franchise, which means you can use these eyes to recreate your Skyrim character in The Sims 4. Maybe they got tired of killing dragons and they decided to move to the city in search of a life of fame, right?
13. Marks of Wood Elf
Check Out This CC Staying on the subject of wood elves, Marks of the Wood Elf will top off that Bosmer look that you’ve been searching for so desperately. If you truly want your sim to look like an actual wood elf, then this is the mod to get. It adds a full-body tattoo that can be applied to either male or female sims.
12. Marks of Night Elf
Check Out This CC As you know, there are more than a few types of elves in the many mythical franchises that we see in books and in Hollywood. The Marks of the Night Elf will make your Sim look a tad more cursed than a regular Wood Elf, as these are the types of markings worn by elves that have an affinity for the dark side of magic. Very nice!
11. Marks of a High Elf
Check Out This CC High Elves are as close to Elven royalty as you’re going to get in franchises like Lord of the Rings and TES. So getting one of them into the world of The Sims 4 is as good as it’s going to get if you intend to play with a “fancy” elf in your game.
10. Snow Elf Skin
Check Out This CC Well taking a closer look at this skin, it doesn’t really have much to do with elves. I assume the creator of the mod just decided that it look like the skin of a snow elf and they named it like that. Welp – it stays on the list anyway. Throw some elf ears on your sim and put this skin on, and they’ll resemble an elf, yeah?
9. Dragon Age Elf Tattoos
Check Out This CC Oh dude, Dragon Age elves were awesome! I got so excited when I saw this mod – I just knew that I had to recreate a Dragon Age character, so I went and chose Shartan. Was it a good decision? Nope. Definitely nope. It ended up looking absolutely terrible. However, that says more about my lack of skills in CreateASim than it does about this amazing mod. Check out these kickass face tattoos and have your Sim feel like a true member of the Dragon Age universe without the need to download anything else – except maybe some elf ears.
8. Elf Set
Check Out This CC I know that many of you came here looking for LOTR-like elves, but I think it would be unfair to talk about elf content without giving an honorary mention to the classic set of apparel that we remember when we imagine elves. This amazing CC set adds that traditional outfit to the game, which falls much more in line with Sims 4 content. And it seems to slide right into the bodies of your created characters. This is the one outfit that does seem plausible to be on The Sims, so it’s very vanilla-friendly!
7. Elf Dress
Check Out This CC This would be the perfect dress for every female elf girl, if it wasn’t because it had some texture issues on its front part. A minor blemish, but this design is so awesome that I’m still giving it a solid place on my list. Honestly, I doubt that the creator of this mod intended the dress to be worn by an actual elf – they just used the word as a sort of reference. In any case, I created a female Sim with the Moon Eyes and the Elf Ears mods and she looked stunning. Try it out!
6. Snow Elf Eyes
Check Out This CC Picture this: you’ve downloaded the snow elf skin mod and you’re now looking for eyes that properly suit your character’s skin. Yes, you’ve become so obsessed with combining your character’s outfits that you’re now trying to make their eyes match their skin. However, you feel distraught – there are no proper eye mods that suit your sim’s new skin tone. And you don’t want to use the moon eyes mod. In that scenario you come across this fantastic mod which comes as a lifesaver… and it’s exactly what you’re looking for. Enjoy!
5. Christmas Elf Pajamas
Check Out This CC I may not have rated this as my number one piece of elf CC, but I can guarantee you that this is one of my favorites on the list. It just seems to suit every character to perfection. You have a badass guy at the last level of the criminal career? Well, he goes to bed with Elf pajamas. You have a kid that loves to dress colorfully? Well, they can now wear elf pajamas, too! It’s a super friendly mod that goes with anything. And even though it’s not as perfectly made as other types of pajamas, it’s still one to get if you love to play around with colorful outfits.
4. Toddler Elf Ears
Check Out This CC Now this is crucial: the ears. We’re starting off by putting these children elven ears high on my list, which will truly allow your kids to feel and look like the elven children that they probably are. Important side note: if you have an adult that has elven ears, your toddlers might be born with the same trait. Which would allow you to roleplay them as “elven children” without having to modify anything on the editor. Just be sure to get the next mod on my list too – also made by the same creator.
3. Elf Ears + Earrings
Check Out This CC We all know that elves have pointy ears and they wear an unhealthy amount of earrings to show them off. Well this mod will allow you to put those exact same elf ears onto your Sim, then mix in some adorable earrings to boot! These earrings look awesome and the ears have perfect textures. It all feels as like it was part of the vanilla game. And I have to say this, I’m loving it.
2. Buddy The Elf Shirt
Check Out This CC Oh, yes! This is the actual elf suit that Buddy, The Elf (Will Ferrell) wore in that classic movie that I hope we all love. Give your sim that 2003 vibe and make them dress like dorks with this absolutely hilarious outfit. Which doesn’t seem to look quite right on anyone but the legend Will himself. If you’re intro quirky CC, you’re going to absolutely love this one. It’s well done, the textures are spot on, and the outfit can be worn by almost any sim.
1. Elven Castle
Check Out This CC Now this is the place for your new Elven characters to live; a majestic castle that could either serve as the home for a handful of Elven family members, or the one eccentric High Elf. Regardless of what you intend to play as, this fantastic castle lot CC has that Elven feel that no other building in the game comes with. You might need to work your way to have enough money to pay for it, though. But you can always motherlode your way to the top, if you know what I mean.
